By accessing or using the RoaringSMP Minecraft server, website, Discord community, store, or any related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who do not meet these requirements.
3. Server Rules
All players must follow the server rules posted at /rules. Staff may enforce these rules at their discretion, including issuing warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Minecraft account, Discord account, and any store account. RoaringSMP is not responsible for unauthorized access to your accounts.
5. Purchases and Refunds
Store purchases are handled through our third-party payment provider. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by law. Ranks and perks are subject to change and may be revoked for rule violations.
6. Limitation of Liability
RoaringSMP is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of data, virtual items, or gameplay progress. We do our best to maintain a stable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
